This policy explains information connected with visits, comments and messages to Silverlake Inn. Updated October 25, 2026.
Controller and contact
NETPARTNER, 33 rue Fred Scamaroni, 14000 Caen, France, SIREN 539 184 622, is responsible for the website’s data processing. Contact the controller through the contact form, or write to this postal address for the attention of Matthieu Margeot.
Contact messages
The contact form collects your first name, email address, subject and message. Required fields are needed to understand the request and send a reply. Messages are used to handle questions, feedback and corrections, based on the legitimate interest in managing requests. Please avoid sensitive information or unnecessary information about other people.
Messages are available to people authorised to handle them and the service providers involved in email delivery, storage and abuse prevention. Contact Form 7 provides the form and Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. FluentSMTP sends messages through Mailjet over an encrypted connection. The form does not subscribe you to marketing or create a public message. Contact Form 7 does not itself maintain a separate database of submissions; FluentSMTP keeps email logs on this website, configured for automatic deletion after 14 days.
Correspondence in the receiving mailbox is retained for the time needed to handle and follow up the request. Records needed for a legal obligation, incident or evidence may be retained for that purpose. Email delivery and anti-spam services can keep technical records under their applicable purposes and obligations. Mailjet explains its processing in its privacy policy.
Article comments
If you leave a comment, WordPress collects the text, name and email address you submit, together with technical details used for moderation and abuse prevention, including the IP address. Your name and comment may appear publicly after moderation; your email address is not part of the public comment. Do not include private information in the comment itself.
Akismet helps detect unwanted comments. Its provider explains its processing in the Automattic privacy policy. Published comments and associated moderation records may remain while the discussion is online. You can request removal through the contact form, identifying the comment and page. If Gravatar avatars are shown, an email-derived identifier and connection information may be sent to that service to find and display an associated image.
Cookies and technical services
CookieYes is used in its local WordPress version to remember privacy choices, configured for 180 days. The cookie banner offers acceptance, rejection and customisation, and can be reopened from the cookie preferences page. No advertising pixel or audience analytics service has been added as part of this redesign.
OVH SAS hosts the website. Cloudflare supports delivery and protection against abuse, including the Turnstile service for the contact form. Hosting, connection and security records are used to operate the site, diagnose incidents and protect it, based on legitimate interests and applicable obligations. Technical providers may process information in several countries; this website does not claim that every processing operation takes place exclusively in France.
Cloudflare explains its processing and transfer safeguards in its privacy policy. Our social sharing links open the chosen service at your request; they do not load its sharing SDK when you simply read an article. The Google preferred-source link likewise opens Google only when you follow it. External sites apply their own privacy rules.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Portability and withdrawal of consent apply when their conditions are met. Use the contact form or the postal details above. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL. This website does not use automated profiling to make decisions that have legal effects on you.
